CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens — we get that. To avoid fees, we kindly ask that you inform us of any changes or cancellations by 3 PM local time (CST) at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be eligible for a credit toward a future stay of equal or lesser value.
- Cancellations received after 3 PM the day before arrival are considered late and will be charged in full (room and tax).
- Early departures are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable unless notice is given 48 hours before the adjusted departure date.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation total and are not eligible for refund or credit.
Please note that reservations made with special rate codes requiring a deposit at the time of booking are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
During peak periods or special event dates, policies may vary depending on your booking. Full terms and conditions are available during the reservation process and in your confirmation email.

By making a reservation or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Payment Terms:
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. A $200 per night hold will be placed on your card for incidentals at check-in. Full payment is due at check-out unless otherwise specified. During peak times, full prepayment may be required. Additional charges may apply for damages or smoking-related incidents.
Parking:
- Parking is available at Foundry I, located next door at 405 Comal Street, for a daily fee of $35. Guests park at their own risk; the hotel is not responsible for any damage, accidents, or loss.
Hotel Events:
- All events must be approved by hotel management. Noise levels should remain low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and fellow guests. Additional charges may apply for property damage or excessive noise.
Additional Charges:
- Additional charges may apply for services such as early check-ins, late check-outs, room upgrades, daily housekeeping, pet accommodations, and pre-stocked amenities. Fees may also be incurred for room damages, deep cleaning, or violations of the no-smoking policy.
SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.
Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
